By offering no minimums, (well, you gotta have ONE), low digitizing fees, great quality products and selection as well as person to person contact, we believe you will find your buying experience with us to be both simple and satisfying. Where most web based businesses require you to search for a contact number, we post ours on every page. Although we are happy to work with you via email, we equally encourage you to pick up the phone and call us regarding your order. As the word custom indicates, each customer and order is unique and often requires personal contact to accurately capture your overall vision for your end product. We also want you to know there is person to contact regarding any problems with your order. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

About the Process
The idea here is to take your design/logo, convert it to stitches that are readable by the embroidery machines and then re-create it through thread onto your garment, bag, etc. of your choice. Probably the most important part of this process is the setting up or “digitizing” of your image. It takes some artistry, skill and a thorough knowledge of the mechanics of embroidery to capture the nuances and overall “feel” of a design. No two digitizers will turn out the exact same reproduction even given the same art! It is also important to note here, that although you may have your design in an electronic format (.eps, .tif, etc.) these are NOT embroidery files and therefore are not readable by the machines. They are, however, perfect tools for us to recreate your logo. The cost to digitize your design for embroidery depends on several factors, the overall complexity of the design, the number of color changes required, the finished size and final stitch count. The set up fee is usually a ONE TIME charge. Future set up charges will occur if you change any element in your design or often if the size changes dramatically. We work diligently with you to achieve the look and feel you desire. Digitizing fees range from $10.00 for simple text ( see Monogramming for in- house font selection) to $150.00 with most designs falling into the $25.00-$45.00 range. Many web based companies build their set up charges into their garment prices, claiming you are receiving FREE digitizing. The fact is that you will be paying for this service EVERYTIME you reorder whereas with a company who charges you separately, you pay once and that’s it! Once we receive your artwork, we will provide you with an embroidered sample sew out for your review within 3 business days. This can be sent to you electronically or through the United States Post Office (USPS). Though the latter takes a bit longer, the advantage of an up close and personal view may be worth it to ensure color matching and quality. Once approved, production of your order is generally completed within 5-7 business days.
From the list of vendors below, you can shop at your leisure. When you find items you would like to order simply enter that information in the estimate request form at the bottom of the page to request an estimate. We will email the estimate for your items once we have the final stitch count for your embroidery. If you are interested in purchasing any item as a BLANK (no embellishment), indicate this on your order form. Rush Orders
Sew Cool Embroidery makes every effort to meet your deadlines. Any order that requires delivery in under three business days will incur a Rush Charge of 50% of the entire order cost.
Minimums
Sew Cool Embroidery has a minimum order of one piece. Discounts do apply to larger orders.
