Direct to Garment Printing is the newest rage in apparel decorating on light colored garments. Like traditional screen printing, the
process involves transferring ink to a garment, bag, apron, etc. Unlike screen printing, the DTG printer prints one item at a time and therefore is ideal for smaller runs up to several dozen. The DTG printer operates just as your inkjet printer in your office and is capable of printing any graphic, design or photograph directly onto garments of all types. If you can see it on your screen, it can be reproduced! No separations or screens to prepare-so no high set up costs. Additionally, each item can be customized with an individuals name, date, specific award, etc. with relative ease. White or colored garments are recommended.
We can accept artwork in just about any format (.jpg, .eps, .tif, .gif, .ai)! Simply convert your image to curves or save as a vector image and send it to us electronically. For an additional fee, we can also convert your image to vector art. If you have specific PMS Pantone colors you require, please let us know in advance.

Once we have received your art and order, the process could not be simpler! We download your file to the DTG printer and begin production.
The DTG printer does have a few limitations. Image size can be no larger than 11in x 18in.
Items must be able to lay flat in order to print. For instance, we can not print on hats, or picnic baskets. For best results, items must be white or light colored 100% cotton.
