Heat Transfers

Vinyl numbers, letters, custom created logos for sports teams, dance teams, cheerleaders, etc. can all be applied through the use of the heat press. One, two and three color designs in a variety of fonts and styles are available. Custom and stock rhinestone designs also available. Please allow three week turnaround time for custom designs.

If you do not have an idea in mind, or do not need a custom logo recreated, we also offer hundreds of pre created designs in our Idea Book which you can access here online. These designs have interchangeable clipart images and customizable text. Once you find a design you like, send us your substitute text and we can email you a proof of how the finished design will look!

How to Send Art for Custom Designs

We can accept artwork in just about any format (.jpg, .eps, .tif, .gif, .cdr, .ai, .pdf)! Simply convert your image to curves or save as a vector image and send it to us electronically. For an additional fee, we can also convert your image to vector art. If you have specific PMS Pantone colors you require, please let us know in advance.

Pricing

There is no set pricing for heat applied transfers. We will provide you with an estimate within 3 business days of receipt of your Quote Request Form. We will need the following information:

Turnaround Time

For custom work please allow two weeks. For stock designs (Idea Book), please allow 5-7 business days.

Payment Methods

Sew Cool Embroidery accepts the following payments:

A 50% deposit is required at time of order with balance due prior to shipping.

Established customers may request terms.

Sales Tax

Any organization doing business in the state of Virginia will need to pay sales tax or provide a tax exempt form.

Delivery

Our standard method of delivery is UPS. Other methods are available upon request.
