Monogramming

Most any item we sell, can be monogrammed. Personalization has become very popular and is no longer limited to the standard 3 letter curly script look. You may choose to have your entire first name embroidered or a single large initial. There are many fonts and styles from which to choose. To make it easier for you, we have shown here a basic selection of fonts and styles. If you are looking for something specific that you do not see here, let us know and we will do our best to find it for you.

Pricing

Adding a 1-3 letter monogram to an item is $5.00. The one time set up is also $5.00. So if your monogram is TKG and you are having 6 shirts embroidered, total cost for this order is $35.00. If everyone in your family of 5 wants 1 shirt embroidered than each person would pay $10.00 ($5 for set up and $5 for embroidering) for a total of $50.00. Additionally, if you would like to ADD a monogram to some pieces of your logo embroidered items, the price for a second location becomes $5.00 set up and $3.50 embroidery. Personalization costs are $5.00 for set up and $7.00 for names up to nine characters. Please add .35 for each character after nine.

Another current trend is the "tone on tone" embroidery effect. This option is available by selecting it on the Order Form. Dependent on the base color of your item, we will choose a complimentary thread color.

Dependant on the size of your order, typical turnaround time is 7 - 10 business days.

Payment Methods

Sew Cool Embroidery accepts the following payments:

A 50% deposit is required at time of order with balance due prior to shipping.

Established customers may request terms.

Sales Tax

Any organization doing business in the state of Virginia will need to pay sales tax or provide a tax exempt form.

Our standard method of delivery is UPS. Other methods are available upon request.
